Der Schwerpunkt der Initiative ist die Förderung des Erhalts und der Weiterentwicklung einer Vielfalt an kooperativen, ökologischen und bezahlbaren Wohnformen als wesentlichen Beitrag zu den Kulturen einer nachhaltigen Stadtentwicklung.
